Wire Insulation Enamel
WPE1740 is a modified phthalic acid polyester varnish for wire enamels, a general-purpose class 130 modified polyester. Similar to the application of class 130 ordinary polyester, it can also be used as a primer for composite wire enamels. Its low viscosity and high solid content characteristics can meet the coating requirements of various horizontal and vertical wire enameling machines. It has excellent salt water pinhole performance, meeting the requirements of no salt water pinholes during stretching, bending, and rubbing.
It is commonly used in motors, electrical appliances, electric tools, and other applications.

PE1759 is a modified polyester enameled wire insulation varnish, which has excellent film adhesion, good mechanical and thermal properties, and excellent thermal peeling performance (such as STP). It has good leveling properties, and the surface performance of the enameled wire after coating is excellent. It is recommended for use as a primer for composite wires, and the topcoat can be nylon or polyamide-imide varnish, suitable for the production of winding wires for various motors and electrical coils with high thermal performance requirements. After compounding with polyamide-imide varnish, it can be used as a refrigerant-resistant enameled wire. Suitable for various round copper and aluminum wires above 0.10mm. It can be used in the production of slow-speed or high-speed enameled wire machines, vertical or horizontal enameled wire machines.
